Help! Class A Property- Corporate/Furnished units not leasing like pre C19 was created by Lily Hanlon

I'm at a class A in a great area. Our non-furnished, traditional 12 month properties are leasing like crazy!

Our furnished, month to month are not!

Need some ideas on how to market!
