Hello all! I'm in brand reputation for an investment and management group. Most of the communities we own and manage were built in the 70s and 80s, so they're a bit dated. More and more residents are desiring smart tech in their homes or smart amenities to be offered. I'm wondering who in this group has implemented smart amenities, which products did you choose and why? Feel free to drop product links as well! Thanks!

Brianne, I see many companies opting to repair old amenities and only replace some with smart ones. Is there a particular reason why you are planning on a complete replacement?

I know the company won't replace an appliance if it's working. I'm wanting to add some sort of smart tech in addition to the current unit-level amenities to make them more desirable.
