Resume Posting

Would you all consider a posting section for resumes a valuable feature? Just gauging interest right now, so I'm not sure how it might work. Possibly replicating the File Bank to handle uploaded resumes, or a more simple approach might be just having some discussion posts where people add their resume that way. What do you think?

Great - We'll see what we can pull together!

You may have noticed my blog saying that we now have a resume posting area, but we need some feedback. We modified our existing File Bank to allow for uploading of resumes and cover letters, but we don't know if that will be sufficient. If it doesn't do the job well, we might need to brainstorm a different solution. So PLEASE check it out and give feedback, even if you aren't currently in the job hunt.

We have our first brave soul listed in the new resume listing section! Most people feel uncomfortable being the first, so it shows great leadership in my book. But please know that we still need feedback for this section!! Does it add value? Please let us know.
