I work at a smaller, privately owned PM company in Atlanta and would love to share ideas and information with other Training Directors out there. Anyone interested? you can email me at [email protected]
Lisa, great suggestion. I can link you up to some superstars at Post, RAM, Gables, Worthing, Greystar, Concord, Mission Residential, Bainbridge, AMLI, LPC, Mercy Housing, Camden...bunches of Superstars.
If you'd like, send me a note at [email protected] and I'll navigate you through some e-intro's.
That is a very cool idea Leigh. Are you looking for a private forum or an open one? I have a multifamily trainer group on Linkedin that has a bunch of trainers as members. Let me know what you are looking for specifically and I would be glad to help.
I would love to connect with other Training Directors in Atlanta. Would you like to put together some kind of a Training Summit? Just let me know. I would love to work on it.
I would love to gather some information as well. I am going to send an email to those above and see what we can do to help each other. My company is midsized as well and they have not had a trainer before, so, I need to create a program for implementation. I welcome any help or suggestions!
I like this discussion and it is a great idea. Many of my peers and myself, professional speakers in the industry, are happy to share many of our tips and tools. My website has course handouts in PDF format from many of my most popular courses. You can feel free to use these if they are helpful, and I am just an e-mail away for advice or questions.
Suggestion: Everybody meet at the Atlanta Apartment Association July 9th Social Media session - it goes from 9:00 til noon. It will be a hand's on work group and will provide a terrific meet and greet time for all. It's at the Cobb Galleria. Call Kimberly Cable at the ATL Apt Office for details and we can begin our insider bonding then. Give me a shout if this works or not. [email protected].
Kimberly Cable at AAA is 770-518-4248.
Hey everyone. We were offering a Train the Trainer audio course at NAA complimentary to all who visited us. If this is something you are interested in please let me know and I will be happy to sign you up.
Training Factor will be rocking the house on Social Media Training "Stuff" tomorrow in ATL at the Cobb Galleria Convention Center. Follow us on @AAA_Tweets as we train the Trainers. :woohoo:
I think the response last year showed how the training directors are focused on some
support and feed-back.I have been in the multi-family housing profession for over 30 yrs. I have seen markets come and I have seen them go. Currently July 2011 we are experiencing some high filled communities. There are challenges to both markets and also to markets we have never experienced.
My company is a national mystery shopping company based in Maryland. We also give Fair
Housing workshoppes as well as basic leasing workshops with role playing video taped.
If anyone would like the basis of what we do here is my web site.
