Additional sources of revenue for property management company was created by KM

Hi all,

What are some additional sources of revenue you have coming in for your property management company? For example, we charge a $250 subletting/assignment fee. We also charge for Status and Disclosure documents for condo corps and special requests for condo corps...

Any thoughts for other (small) ideas to increase revenue/billings?
