Great networking. Anyone else there? Should have asked before I flew to Austin so we could meet! We are on the hunt for multifamily properties in North Carolina (Raleigh and Charlotte, target area).

Thanks for sharing, Jan! I have heard mixed reviews about Dave Lindahl's courses, so it's interesting to hear from someone in the group that they had a good experience.

I follow all of his tips and strategies. He has some interesting ideas. I have used his direct marketing plan to acquire many units. His pooled investment seminar was awesome!
