What website do y'all use to make a resident newsletter? Are there any free websites to do this on?

Amy,

Our office uses MailChimp ( www.mailchimp.com ) for all of our newsletters, notices, etc. It lets you track openings, is free, and is fantastic! We've even been able to incorporate surveys or attach documents to our mailers. We will usually write a summary of the newsletter in MailChimp and attach a PDF that includes the full newsletter.

Takes some playing around to get used to. Definitely send out test mails to a select group before the real thing.

Hope this helps!

Google Residential Newsletter and click on images, you should be able to find a few good examples of a newsletter for apartment buildings.

Its something I do often to see what other apartment owners are doing.

Sorry to be a little self-serving, but we've been providing customizable community newsletters since 1987. We do both print and online versions. The website is www.ApartmentNewsletters.com . We have a no-obligation trial which allows you to create a newsletter on the site and only place an order if you love what you created.
