Service standards are a tool for the entire company to perform better, can define your brand and give residents another reason to stay or even refer business to you.
The service standards should: Tell customers what you will do for them, how you will treat them & what they should expect. Does your company/community have clear customer service standards, policy and/or expectation of how to specifically to serve our residents? If so please share details and how this assists you on site.
