Education, especially when times are tough, should be at the forefront for maintaining an edge on the competition and creating a motivational environment. I have been providing workshops and educational seminars/training for over 15 years, and now that I am "between jobs" this is what I am doing full time.
Under the name "Magic, Message, and Motivation," I can cater full or half day workshops to meet both assocation and management company needs. I have served on the NAA Education Commitee, was a subject matter expert for the development of the CAM and CAPS programs for NAA, provide CAM and CAPS education to NAA affiliates, and have been invited back for the third year in a row to speak at the NAA Convention this year being held in New Orleans.
As a profesional magician and member of the Academy of Magical Arts, I provide a memborable experience along with the message. Workshop topics include leadership (topic at NAA this year), how to sell a budget, hiring the right people for the right job, leasing up in a down market, marketing, training the trainer, communication, and team building.
Upcoming events in addition to NAA include the New Jersey Apartment Association state conference, the Atlanta Apartment Association, Charleston Apartment Association, and many others.
