Posting Photos of Residents to Social Media?

I'd really like to hear your opinion and examples of policies for posting photos of residents (from events, contests, etc) to Facebook.

Do you post and then remove if they request it?
If your community isn't very diverse will you run into Fair Housing issues?
Do you post photos of children?

I feel like the general rule is that if you're going to post pictures of residents you need to have their permission, and for pictures will anyone under 18 it needs an adult/guardian's permission.

I agree that you do need to get permission from the residents and especially for any minors that may be photographed. I feel that the best way to protect yourself is to get a written permission from the residents or parents/guardians.
