Are using google alerts yet?

We have been using this great google service for about four months now and it is a very useful tool. If you don't know, google will email you every time your entered keyword(apartment community) is mentioned online. This is great for monitoring different apartment ratings, twitter, and other listings sites. You can choose to be alerted immediately or once per day. We use it to monitor our properties, employee's names and such.

I'd highly recommend checking it out! Anyone else using this in a creative way?

We definitely use it, although probably not in any creative way. In my opinion, top reputation management tool.

I've been using it for years. If anyone is posting something about my property, I want to know! Unfortunately the alerts are usually about something bad that happened at another community with the same name.
