Was reading a great blog by Tashina Wortham on " Social Media Playground — Time to play foursquare? " and remembered a tip I wanted to share with everybody: When using social media, I always remind people to understand all their different "audiences". And with FourSquare, one audience that is often overlooked are residents' guests. For example, Susan goes to visit her friend at Metro Midtown Apartments , and being the FourSquare junkie that she is, she wants to check in! So she searches for the apartment community itself and, voila, she has checked into the apartment community without ever stepping into the leasing office. So as you develop your strategy for FourSquare, don't forget about that "resident referral" audience!

Love this idea! I see a lot of my friends checking-in when visiting other people's apartments... definitely some potential here.
