Property Checklist Request

I am looking for example reports used for office staff in the Multifamily business. I own a property Management company in Muskegon Mi. We manage 280 units and work for 30 different owners. I want to spend time in the field but I want to develop check list so everything we do is done right and complete the first time. I'm looking for anything that you use you would share. Thanks Gerry! I approved both files so they are now on the system. By the way, for those of you who haven't checked out the File Bank yet, Gerry and Abby have done an amazing job of adding plenty of community documents! There are files ranging from property inspection checklists, job description documents, and others!
