Do any of you have one specific person who handles renewals? If so, what is their title? Renewal Agent?I know in affordable housing it's Recertification or Occupancy Specialist.

Do they also handle resident events and customer service? If so, what about Resident Experience Specialist? Seems that the renewals are just an extension of the experience the residents are receiving in the first place...
