Depends on your maintenance schedule and your budget doesn't it? Also would take into consideration lease language for "Reasonable wear and tear".

We don't unless the color is a really old ugly one. We used to use yellow and a woman kept her walls perfect for like 10 years. When she moved out we updated the color because we use gray now.

If needed. Sometimes only a touch up is needed, or only a room. Full paint not always necessary.

Read your states land lord tenant act. They may require you to do so if you governed by them. Ours required it.

We do painting and cleaning. We full paint 99% of all units.

Yes, most all get a full paint, once in a while we get lucky and have a touch up. If it’s a TU it’s done in house, if it’s a full paint is done by contractor.
