Fair Housing in Social Media

Doug Chasick was a guest moderator at this week's #AptChat, and he made a comment that I found really important for those not experts in fair housing:

Question:
"Will it help to just document all the practices - as long as they are FH friendly, then the outcome isn't as important? #AptChat"

Answer from Doug Chasick ( @AptDoctor ):
"it's always about the impact, not the intent".

So essentially, you can do everything "by the books" in social media (and probably overall), but if it causes inadvertent discrimination, you are still in violation of Fair Housing.
