I always get annoyed when vendors don’t check in or out with me. In this case! One less capital expense on your budget!!!

Last year, I was on the other end of that... had a vacant house we just built get demolished because the demo team of ANOTHER DEVELOPER put 1728 instead of 1278 on the order form....

So it was an easy set up.. didn't even have to get crazy with the lawsuits... they knew they f'd up so we got the cash for building cost as well as loss of income opportunity without much of a fight haha!

I once had a vendor come and cut down trees. I went and asked why and he realized he was at wrong property. He started telling me I was going to have to pay him for work done. Didn't get a dime
