One-sheet or one sheet.
In the entertainment industry, a one sheet (or one-sheet) is a single document that summarizes a product for publicity and sales.
Don’t obsess over calling it anything else to be “current”. The vast majority of prospects either call it a brochure or don’t care. Even though it’s usually digital. We’re not yet at the point where calling it a brochure is like calling a refrigerator an icebox.
Jimmy is correct. Brochure is a great word. The key is the person who gives the brochure to the rental prospective. Or customer. Or future resident...or whatever word you choose to award the human being who you hope will be your next resident. Or neighbor. Or client. Or tenant. Yes, even tenant works IF the management team is a FEP group - Friendly, Enthusiastic, and Professional!
