Bed Bugs

I have a tenant that has bed bugs. We were supposed to have her apartment treated today but did not do the prep work to have that installation completed. I rescheduled for Thursday,,,,, what can I do to make sure my tenant is property prepared for the treatment? This, as you know, is very expensive and I do not want the bugs to spread to another apartment so delaying the treatment can be detrimental. Help!!!!
