What are you doing at your community, if anything, this year for the Superbowl? What has been successful for you in the past? If you are doing something, how are you generating interest in the event with your residents?
One of our communities is showing the game in their theater room. Not a novel event but nevertheless it will generate some buzz as Kurt Warner is still very much a hero in Saint Louis.
