Do you have a contact or did you just buy from the site? I’m reading that Peloton is no longer servicing large high rise buildings and that I should look at one of the products that uses les mills classes.
We were able to get the pelotons before the stop too. Curious how has your experience been with them? I’ve tried emailing to get maintenance on our bikes but can never get ahold of them.
Les mills and xpresso makes similar bikes but peloton is more of a brand name. Soul cycle also released a bike recently that would really compete for spin classes but unsure if they sell to commercial.

Update: I had a fitness equipment rep come out today and he recommended a Stages Solo Bike- $2750 for multi-family. It’s interactive and offers classes but they’re not live. You do not have to pay a monthly membership either.
A company I advised for decided to personally purchase them for 8 properties as you can’t get under Multifamily anymore. These are luxury, surveilled, and fob accessed spaces. Residents signed stating that they’d be responsible for damages of any were to occur from negligence.

My residents love our peloton. Unfortunately, they no longer sell commercial memberships. I think I there are some other brands that are really good though.

Expresso Bike... better than a Peleton... it's more of an off-road bike feel. The handlebars move and you can shift ... 26.5" touchscreen is amazing. You can ride against yourself or other riders, do HIT Training, Heart rate training, Games and stream Spin classes.
If you have an Expresso ID you can use any bike anywhere. If you have multi-state properties, you can set up contests for several properties to compete... residents love it and with the gaming option it pulls in a diverse group.
