Good afternoon all! What paid advertising can you not live without? Produces viable leads, communicative rep, etc. Our current provider is increasing our service by $720/month for one property and $469/month for the other making our advertising over $3500/month for them alone for our 300 units. I’ve used ozone treatment equipment. Which works really well during low usage periods. I just supplement with chlorine during the busy season. During the low use seasons, virtually no chlorine is needed.
