We are updating a REALLY dated grad student clubhouse (it even has a 70s bar in it!)
What should we make sure we include for hanging out, playing, etc.? BTW, I don't think ax throwing is an option!
This probably isn't the answer you want to hear, but have you asked your residents what they would like to see? The best market research you are probably going to get is from your customers themselves, I would imagine.
