I’m assuming that for every space on the board that they get $100 but really you could get creative with it and have different incentives for each space!!

I'm trying to figure out how to adapt it for us! We have one apartment to rent right now so focusing on leasing won't be the way to go. TBH we're kinda killing it right now

Hell yeah one apartment! Renewals might be hard too... what about positive reviews?
Maintenance team can play that way too! Get a positive review, roll the dice and get the spot you land on?

Love it! No work orders on move ins...
I've got call scores, missed call percentage, delinquency, and occupancy included on the May goal board in addition to tracking leasing. Trying to mix it up a bit. I think I'll work on the Monopoly board for June!

The way it works is I replace the street names with vacant and notices for current month units. Whoever leases gets their picture put on that spot. The cards you see are added bonuses. The 100 dollar bills came from Amazon. The goal is to fill every space with a picture.
The cards above certain units reflect prizes in addition to the commisions.
