“Oh, did we have an appointment?” That’s my favorite. I had 2 move ins scheduled last Friday first one for 9:00 and second one for 3:00. Both came at noon.

I've had this happen too. I did both orientations together, then for the move-in inspection I had the one who was late wait until I was done with the one who was early. My circus, my monkeys.
