    Let me rephrase. I love them for myself as some are upwards of 110 gallons and will cover your whole body, something that you don't usually get w most tubs, even garden tubs (and for good reason). Plus I'm short so works for me. They, of course, vary in size like all tubs so I'm talking about the larger end deep soaking tubs. I would never dream of putting them in multifamily for several reasons. Will inevitably increase your water bill, hard for many people to step over,, tends to be too deep for kids,, etc. I've stayed at some resorts that offer deep soaking tubs though and for me, personally, I found them amazing (although wasn't as short as this one pictured). Definitely not for everyone and never would I recommend installing one at a community. I love your play on words though, it is a "shub".
