Employee Shout Outs!

Hi, y'all! Does anyone have a creative system in place that showcases positive resident reviews to our hard-working employees? For example, I'm creating a "shout out" board for our teams, where each month, our LMSs would pick a few reviews with employee name mentions and showcase them on a printout for team members to see. I was thinking by the time clock or somewhere visible, as an inexpensive way to boost employee morale! Have you done anything similar? Thanks so much!
 

I LOVE this idea! I saw where one company did hearts for Valentine's Day but with shoutouts and posted them on the front door of the office for everyone to see!

We actually do a monthly email to the whole company and the employee gets either a 1/2 day off or a $100 gift card.

We also have auto surveys that are sent to tenants for the move-in process, move-out process and work requests. Will give the employee a 1 to 5 star rating. Once a quarter we recognize the 10 employees with the most 5 star ratings. They get a full day off and $250.
