Maybe twice a year for under an hour. All the regionals for the properties in my area live over 2 hours away, so it's rare to see them. My last property was a totally different story, my regional officed out of our property so we'd see him at least 3x a week.
Whenever she desires. We go over things together and she goes about her business. Owners show up without notice at any given time as well. Doesn’t bother me honestly.
2 of my properties every week being I'm local. My other property ok once a quarter being my owner. Checks on that property weekly and then he checks on my properties once a quarter
Maybe once a month, but definitely every other month. She knows if I need her I will reach out and vice versa. The owners will pop up any time, but are also very hands off.
Mine comes out once a month for our monthly site audit. But she will come anytime I ask her, and never acts like I am a hassle. She also doesn’t spend her time there trying to find things I’m screwing up. She is there to help. that is the most important part  I don’t even refer to her as my regional manager. She is my regional support. I do know that I am blessed. 
I would try to visit weekly. Some properties would be once a month but I define would have weekly calls. When I was on-site my regional would come every other week or once a month but we would talk daily if I had a lot going on.
Once a week! Love when she comes. She is helpful , she will answer the phones, she will take prospects on Tours, she is very friendly and extremely supportive and very kind. When not at my property I can always reach her by phone
Once a week. It all depends though on the regionals portfolio, what style of sites they have, etc. Again, currently my regional visits once a week but I have also had it been once a quarter. At the end of the day, it's not about the visits, you should just feel supported.

I try to be at my sites at least once a week. But I’m also always available to them via teams. Not just the managers, any employee can reach me on teams
When I was an RM the frequency depended completely on the property. Some need more attention than others. But minimum of quarterly. Some was few times a week just depends on the needs of the property
