Try Glassdoor for feedback. These companies have properties in DFW area and would be a good starting point: AMLI, Bell Partners, Camden, Cortland, and Greystar.

Greystar! Hands down the best working experience I have ever had. This is for people who want to grow and develop a career in property management.

Cortland is good with fundamentals but they don't promote growth. They keep there best players in one spot as need for the company but not for the employee growth.

ResProp Management ! I’ve worked in the SC and FL markets with them! Small(er) but SO much room for growth! A culture really driven by doing right by our teams. I always said i would NEVER do fee management again but couldn’t be happier. Leadership starts at the top and I’ve literally walked units with ALL of our leadership.
