I was searching the MultiFam ShareSpace for ideas on Vendor setup and compliance and I was wondering if anyone had any insight to the topic?
I manage my company's vendor setup and compliance, which for years, has been a very manual process. Our company has grown a lot in the 7 years I have been managing this process and was hoping if anyone had suggestions for an 'in house" management system. We really would like to stay away from a service that charges the vendors a setup/maintenance fee.
Accentually, I'm looking for a request and gather system/portal with communication and tracking capabilities - at a glance status updates, and possible reporting (bonus points for Yardi integration).
Not sure if this want is a wish software/product but hoping others may have suggestions.
Any info would be appreciated
