Does anyone have recommendations on a company who screens applications and ID for fraud?

Hello! Does anyone have recommendations on a company who screens applications and ID for fraud? I’ve looked into Snappt and Two Dots but wondering what else is out there. Thanks!

We have been using Snappt for about 3 months at my assets and so far at one property it has gotten 3 altered check stubs!! We have been pleased as it is taken the guess work and time onsite teams trying to investigate on their own.

I used snappt at my old job and it was pretty simple to use. The only issue was that sometimes people struggled with uploading their paystubs. It wouldn't accept certain paystubs so we made applicants submit their bank stub instead and compare it to a copy of their paystub

Deshira Mirzo that was the worst!!!! Did you ever have any issues with Snappt saying “edited” but finding out snappt was wrong?

Samantha Stull I believe it would come up as " insufficient info" and we would have to take extra steps to verify. Snappt is very useful though in finding good tenants

We use Snappt for income and checkpoint for ID fraud.

We use Snappt for pay stubs and bank statements, and checkpoint id for ids.

We love Checkpoint ID for ID scanning and we use Snappt right now for paystubs and bank statements. They are very fast!
