I have been in Multifamily housing since 1988. I started out making $6 per hour plus commission. My how things have changed. Please share what you are paying Leasing consultants including commissions as well as Assistant Managers.

I am currently hiring and I need a guide line. We are offering $17.00 per hour Plus commission as a starting point. Will this attract qualified employees? Thank you for your time.

Hi Rachel,
This data is about a year old, and given the change in salaries since then, it may not be helpful. But just in case, here is some salary data: www.multifamilyinsiders.com/apartment-fo...ary-research-results

We are in Houston, too! (Katy, actually) Maybe HAA has some data that is a little more local, as well?
