$750 to transfer within our Phase I building. $1500 to transfer to our new Phase II building. No cost if transferring within 30 days of current lease end date. New pet fees always due. New security deposit and new amenity fee only if transferring to different building. No lease violations, no late payments or NSFs past a certain number of times, a current apartment inspection, and it cannot be a lateral move (just because rates dropped). Will probably revise transfer policy once lease up is stabilized. Lease break policy is 60-day notice, two month term fee, and one month relet fee. We are 97% occupied with a 30% preleased lease up building opening in 30 days. And just got our ORA award in the mail.
$500 mid lease. Free at end of the lease, but with a damage deposit of $200 and after unit inspection pre and post move out. If there are no damages or trash, and unit is clean, then $200 gets applied to next months rent.
$500 if it is a lateral move (one bed to one bed or studio) or down grade. Free for an upgrade, but you have to have least lived in your apartment 6 months
