Calls are coming in here in Iowa but quite a few cancelled tours and no-shows. Most that do show are looking for late June early July move ins. The weather is breaking so things are going to pick up here! Hang in there!

Fairly slow, not sure if it’s the weather or what might be deterring people but it’s been very odd for us. We are a senior property.

It’s been super slow this week and the last week! We have been posting heavily on Marketplace, and doing whatever we can to generate traffic.

Having a LOT of tours scheduled and either ghosting or canceling. It’s never been this bad. Lots of inquiries but for months out and that’s if we can get them to show up. I think people want to know options but afraid to pull the trigger. The economy and what’s going on overall is just a bit unstable.

Still swamped!!! I run a 100 unit HUD section 8, TC, Market mixed community in southwest rural Michigan.

I have to say things slowed down dramatically for the first two weeks of the moth- I think it was spring break. WE seem to be picking back up, but it is definitely going to make for a disappointing month overall!!

Central Indiana, outside of the Indianapolis area. We have quite a bit of traffic, but the tenant pool is dismal....evictions, criminal history and too low credit scores. No one we would approve for residency.

Aladin Ballout The bright side is that our current residents are staying! I think the uncertainty (and higher rents elsewhere), are keeping people planted.

Steady here in PA. We are working off a wait list at almost all of our properties,
The walk ins are looking for 30 days or less, but our tours are 60-90 days .

We had tons of vacancy and expected move-outs 6 weeks ago, and now we are fully leased here in Deep East Texas. Remarkable demand!

Traffic has been slow at our property. The team is looking for a pool to draw from, but we're having trouble. Things seem to have slowed way down. Maybe it's pricing?

Doing great in Quincy, MA (just South of Boston) I am 98% leased & only have 2 apartments left!
