Dear Group,
Any recommendations for an effective and cost-efficient way to deter Canadian geese from a site?
Seeing groups lately of 75-100 and the mess is rediculous. Have used swan decoys on the ponds but not getting much benefit from them.

David we had a pond at Dover Hills and it worked when I was there! We also replaced goose eggs with rocks.

If your property no longer has size or breed restrictions, how has the experience been from the management side?

I have not been able to switch no restrictions, however with as many residents I have with restricted breeds being ESA I can’t tell you I have had any issues. Matter of fact the issues I have had have been with dogs that fall within the restrictions but have poor owners.

Only issues we have and will forever be an issue is pet owners not picking up poop.
