NOI, occupancy, ratio on renewals, resident retention (that goes with renewals) employee retention (that is HUGE these days)
We do a KPI report on the 15th of each month which is comprised of a few of the above, but dives into delinquency, capturing highest rents, lease closing ratio, etc
