I started a Property Managers Leadership Roundtable monthly for all our properties. I'd like to include a bookclub element. What is your go to leadership book?
No book suggestions, but if there's a way for you to give them the option of paperback or audio, please do. I love this idea, but the thought of having to find time to sit & read a book for work can be overwhelming, whereas they could listen to the audio book while working. This could alo open up podcasts as an option for discussion.
I love QBQ The Question Behind the Question. All about personality accountability and flipping the script from “why is this happening to me?” to “what change can I make to change my circumstance?”.
It isn’t necessarily a leadership book from the aspect of today’s mainstream “leadership genre”, but should be required reading for everyone, no matter their role: How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie, published in 1936. I really hope you’ll consider it for your group!
So many great recommendations here! I'll add one of my go-tos, Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When the Stakes are High. It's so beneficial to help people expertly lead tough conversations, such as letting someone know their performance needs improving.

I love this question! And there are many great books. The latest wins have been Radical Candor by Kim Scott, Row the Boat, by Jon Gordon & PJ Fleck, and lastly, The One Thing by Gary Keller.
