Preventative maintenance/ cleaning/servicing of mechanicals and appliances. Cleaning and servicing hvac. Cleaning backs of fridges etc and building mechanicals.

Depends on the time of year and what’s going on that day. Early fall and spring I would say breezeways and grounds. Summer I would say turns and winter I would say little bit of everything

Preventative maintenance and general cleaning, power washing, shrub trimming. All the important but non-urgent items that keep getting pushed back.

Preventive maintenance, touch up paint (breezeways, amenities, offices, etc.) assist with auditing reserved parking, indirect exterior storage closets, and coordinate a fun outing for the service team.

No...Google your state/city laws on animals in apartments.
Generally if your resident has two pets, paying pet deposits/rent, they could become disabled
and require a service dog or emotional support animal.
