Ive disengaged their services multiple times. A lot of times it has lead to more issues than assistance between the paid ads they send out, the incorrect information they’ll add into what they send your residents, and having been on the receiving side of their service I grew really frustrated with the amount of data they demanded from me as a resident only for them to offer cable services that arent set up in my area and the 2 that are offered and advertised in the leasing office not included in any of their info. 1/10 would not recommend.

I would recommend using Moved instead. Offers similar services as updater but has a robust onboarding platform for all new move ins and a completely customizable dashboard for both residents and associates.

I would second Moved , we
rolled them out on my portfolio 5 months ago and my teams love it. Also reduced cancellations

You can accomplish nearly all of the functions of Updater using the move in checklist in Entrata along with contact point messages. No need for a separate system.

www.Elevatedliving.con has its own built in move in checklist/onboarding tool. You can add anything you would like to it and it also has integrations with certain providers.

We are in the process of transitioning from Updater over to Moved.

Have you checked out Revyse.com? They have reviews for Updater and others! It’s my new go-to resource when vetting new vendor partners.

We love Updater. It has been a game changer with recent updates they have made to the program.
