Performance and pricing is very specific to the community’s geographic location. It is typically best to run an RFP. Also, we have found big box shops (Comcast, AT&T, etc) are something to steer clear of.
Pretty much any msp/isp can get you a bulk service so it’ll come down to where you are located and what providers are in the area. You’ll also want to confirm if you’re not locked into any other marketing/bulk agreements to make sure you aren’t in default by going bulk as a majority of these agreements will have anti bulk language. As for the cable piece, majority of providers only offer bulk internet/managed wifi but might throw in like 40 channels for like $10 extra per month.
Whitesky is a great provider for bulk services. Are you looking for managed bulk or unmanaged bulk? Honestly most of the large providers are lacking in customer experience. I am ready to rip out the fiber on a Charter bulk deal right now because of their inability to service customers. I spoke with a consulting firm that specializes in these deals with large and small providers yesterday.
