I recommend Snappt. They now do both. If you’re Yardi, they have a direct integration so I believe you can place a Snappt order directly from Yardi.

My company currently uses global verification network (formally MOCO) we are now moving to ORCA. Both good, but we have had issues with MOCO not putting S.O. search on the report even though we ordered it.
We are planning to obtain Yardi, so I think ORCA is compatible.

Checkpoint ID MRI Living has both! CheckpointID verifies IDs and then one click and you can verify a prospects income, where they log in directly to their payroll provider or Bank. The income comes direct from the source! CheckpointID is integrated with Yardi.
