4.5 to 5 in office and 5-7 in maintenance depending k what you contract out

Depends on the type of community. I managed 500 units 1, 2, 3, 4 BR TH, and 1 and 2 BR apts, had 3 office, 5 maintenance and then 3 on grounds

Base line would be 5 in and 5 out. But depending on property type, resident profile etc. could be more or less

4 office (PM, APM, 2 leasing), 5 maintenance (1 Maintenance Manager, 1 Assistant Manager, 3 techs), and maybe a groundskeeper

Age of property, type of buildings. Size of whole campus, Amenities, turnover rate are all factors to be worked into the equation. Not as simple as # of apts.
