At my old company we had to have $0 delinquency by the 15th each month and the APM and manager get $300 each. And we typically did. At my new company it's tiered so if it's below 1% APM gets $150, if it's below .5% he gets $250 and if he gets $0 delinquency it's $500 bonus. All by the end of the month.
