Million dollar question. Posted on social everywhere. Offering a month free which we have never done. Constant contact with locators which our commission is more than 100% - Houston. Maybe a couple pieces of traffic in two weeks. I have to pick the phone up to make sure it works.

* Organic property website traffic
* TikTok (Be ready to answer comments and respond to DMs *quickly*)
* ILSs (Which one depends on your market)
