Who do you use for renters insurance for your properties? I am looking for a company to offer the insurance and administer the whole process, paying, monitoring non-payment etc..

I would reach out to ePremium. They do it all
Including monitoring the insurance for compliance and cancellations.

We used Assurant at one of my properties, I liked it best. We offered residents to go through it or use their own, they often picked Assurant.
