Hi everyone! I’m giving a presentation on Fair housing soon and want to have some skits incorporated to keep it lively. What are some things you would want to learn more about?
*Also, if you have any useful information to share, I would be so grateful. Thank you.

I would do like a goofus and gallant skit. Things to get you sued, vs how to correctly answer questions?
Do you have a lot of "the gays" living here? Are there other people like "me" here? Can I live in a building with no kids, you know, they're so loud? I think that making the decrimination stuff funny obvious makes the class go better.

Yes! That’s a difficult one sometimes with all of the fake documentation.

YEP!! When I got that very question, I challenged the prospect to call the local police, adding “we value our reputation in the area and you should always check with local law enforcement.” Also mention, “and Mr. or Mrs. Blah Blah Prospect, our maintenance team and/or management live on site which adds another layer of proactive oversight.

You could do a version of this HR series if you have enough time and are creative.
Ask the group for help!

You have 2 kids, let me show you a 2/2 over here because it’s closer to the playground.(honest suggestion so kids are safe and not crossing streets right?)
Oppps, trying to isolate people with kids in one area, although innocent intentions, well it’s called steering and a clear violation of Fair Housing Law.
