Are you going to deny an ESA because they don’t meet the requirements of Pet Screening? We tried it and didn’t see the benefit.

I don’t think you can deny an ESA unless you’ve determined it’s forged.

We’ve used PetScreening for 3 years and absolutely love it! Not to mention, their customer service is beyond incredible.

We love it, takes the responsibility of checking everything off our employees. Honestly I think it also gives us more protection from being accused of any fair housing issues because everyone is screened the same, and by a 3rd party.

It's been great for us! no complaints at all. it's integrated with our online application process all persons must acknowledge whether they have a pet, Esa, service animal, or none.
