EV charging is an inevitability. The only question is timing and rollout strategy. Even with a pullback in EV adoption in the short term, innovation marches on and multifamily will absolutely need EV charging at some point. Solar is a different story and I'm not sure on that front.

Brent Williams thank you for the valuable take on it! I agree completely, as I drive an EV myself, and investing into a company that's doing just that: bringing EV charging to all buildings in the communities they are building.
