Looking to hear from anyone who's had a great experience with a utility billing vendor - we've worked with both local and national vendors (Conservice, RUM) and have had significant issues with all of them over the years. We're looking for a company that's responsive, gets the details right without us needing to constantly audit their work, bills on time, can work with submeters, and can onboard a new property in 30 days or less. Reporting/benchmarking isn't terribly important to us as we already track that internally.
