We charge $150. Reserved for wedding/baby showers only (other events at our discretion) No alcohol.

$60 non-refundable fee, plus $200 refundable deposit, in the Nashville area.

$500 deposit, returned if everything is returned in good condition. $100 to rent. We've outlawed alcohol and have a 10 pm curfew.

We only charge $60 with a $200 deposit and a signed Clubhouse Addendum.
